Overview of CUET :

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) is a national-level examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate programs in Central Universities and other participating colleges in India. CUET follows a standardized, merit-based selection process, covering language skills, domain-specific subjects, and general aptitude. The exam is conducted in multiple languages, making higher education admissions fair, inclusive, and transparent.

CUET UG scores are used for admission to a wide range of undergraduate programs including BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BTech (in select universities), integrated programs, vocational courses, and other honours degrees offered by participating universities across India.

Eligibility Criteria (Key Points) :

1. Candidates must have passed or be appearing in Class 12 (10+2) from a recognized board.
2. No age limit to appear for CUET UG. (However, individual universities may have their own age requirements for specific courses)

How to Fill CUET 2026 Application Form :

Step 1: Go to the Official Portal : https://cuet.nta.nic.in/

Step 2: New Registration

Click “New Registration”

1. Enter basic details:

   • Full Name

   • Date of Birth

   • Email ID

   • Mobile Number

   2. Create a secure Password

   3. Note down the Application Number generated — you will need this to log in later

Step 3: Complete the Application Form

Login using your:

• Application Number

• Password

Fill in:
✔ Personal details
✔ Address details
✔ Subject preference
✔ Exam city preferences
✔ Academic details (Class10, Class12, Degree)

Step 4: Upload Documents

✔ Recent Coloured Photograph
✔ Signature
✔ Category certificate (if applicable)
✔ PwD certificate if applicable

Follow exact format and size rules prescribed in the Information Bulletin — failing to do so could lead to rejection

Step 5: Fee Payment

Pay the application fee online using:

• Credit / Debit Card

• Net-banking

• UPI/Online Wallets

✔ Review all details

✔ Take a printout of the confirmation page for future use
