IIIT Hyderabad Admissions 2026
UGEE, SPEC, and LEEE Channels
While there are more than 25 IIITs across India, most admit students through JEE Main via JoSAA/CSAB counseling. However, IIIT Hyderabad—the premier institute of the group—prioritizes a research-led curriculum and conducts its own specialized entrance exams to test for research aptitude and creative thinking rather than just speed and memory.
