Integrated Programme in Management: 5-Year Dual Degree (BBA + MBA)

The Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) is a prestigious fast-track program offered by several IIMs. It allows students to secure an MBA seat directly after Class 12, bypassing the highly competitive CAT exam later.

📅 2026 Exam Schedule

1. IPMAT Indore 2026

Conducted by IIM Indore, this is the gateway for IIM Indore and IIM Ranchi. Its scores are also accepted by IIFT (Kakinada), IIM Sirmaur, and NALSAR.

  • Registration Status: CLOSING SOON (Last date: March 14, 2026).

  • Examination Date: May 4, 2026 (Monday).

  • Eligibility: Born on or after August 1, 2006 (5-year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD). You must have passed Class 12 in 2024, 2025, or be appearing in 2026.

  • Application Fee: ₹4,130 (General/OBC); ₹2,065 (SC/ST/PwD).

  • Exam Pattern: A 120-minute test with three sections: Quantitative Ability (Short Answer), Quantitative Ability (MCQ), and Verbal Ability (MCQ).

  • Marking: +4 for correct answers; -1 for incorrect MCQs (No negative marking for Short Answer questions).

2. IPMAT Rohtak 2026

Conducted by IIM Rohtak specifically for its 5-year Integrated Program.

  • Registration Status: OPEN (Ends April 6, 2026).

  • Examination Date: May 10, 2026 (Sunday).

  • Eligibility: Maximum 20 years of age as of June 30, 2026. Minimum 60% in both Class 10 and Class 12 (55% for SC/ST/PwD).

  • Application Fee: ₹4,500 (Uniform for all categories).

  • Exam Pattern: 120 questions across three sections: Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability (40 questions each).

  • Marking: +4 for correct; -1 for incorrect.

3. JIPMAT 2026

The Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test is conducted by the NTA for IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya.

  • Registration Status: CLOSING SOON (Expected deadline: March 17, 2026).

  • Examination Date: Expected in late May or early June 2026 (Official date to be confirmed by NTA).

  • Eligibility: Minimum 60% in Class 10 and 12 (55% for SC/ST/PwD). Class 10 must have been completed no earlier than 2021.

  • Application Fee: ₹2,000 (General/OBC); ₹1,000 (SC/ST/PwD/EWS).

  • Exam Pattern: 100 questions in 150 minutes covering Quantitative Aptitude (33), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (33), and Verbal Ability (34).

  • Marking: +4 for correct; -1 for incorrect.

🏫 Which IIM Accepts Which Score?

  1. IPMAT Indore Score: Accepted by IIM Indore, IIM Ranchi, IIM Ranchi, IIFT (Kakinada), and several private institutes like Nirma University and TAPMI.

  2. IPMAT Rohtak Score: Accepted primarily by IIM Rohtak.

  3. JIPMAT Score: Accepted by IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya.
