Ashoka University remains committed to making world-class education affordable and accessible. For the 2026 admissions cycle, the university is offering 500 merit and need-based scholarships across its undergraduate programmes

Special Merit Scholarships

  1. 50 awards with 100% tuition fee waivers

2. For exceptional performers in national exams such as JEE Mains (98 percentile and above), IISER Aptitude Test, CMI Entrance, and Indian National Olympiads.

Achievers’ Merit Scholarships

  1. 150 awards of up to 100% tuition fee waiver

  2. Based on outstanding performance in school board exams (98% and above in CBSE or ICSE/ISC) and Ashoka’s holistic admissions process.

Need-Based Scholarships

  1. Available to students across all socioeconomic backgrounds

  2. Up to 100% waiver on tuition fees, determined by assessment of family income, savings, investments, and ability to pay

  3. Merit awardees can also apply for additional need-based support if required.


Application & Admissions Process

  1. Four Rounds of Applications: Starting from October 13, 2025, and closing on May 31, 2026.

  2. Nationwide Admissions Assessments: Conducted at multiple centers across India for Indian applicants; international students can apply online.

  3. Special provisions are available for applicants with disabilities
