What is NVS Portal?
The NVS Portal is an online platform designed to help JNV students prepare for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and State Entrance Exams. It offers study materials, online tests, and performance tracking tools to enhance exam preparation.
How Do Students Register on the NVS Portal?
Go to the homepage of the NVS Platform (link to be inserted).
Scroll down and click on the "Register Now" button under the "Student Corner" section.
Fill in the required details and submit the form.
How Can Students Log into the Portal?
Go to the homepage of the NVS platform (link to be inserted).
Scroll down and click on the "Student Login" button under the "Student Corner" section.
Enter your login credentials:
Username: APAR ID
Password: Date of Birth (in DD-MM-YYYY format)
Click on "Login".
How are the features of the NVS Portal?
Tests : Tests are there on the home page of the portal to assess their understanding, improve time management, and build confidence for the actual exam.
Study Materials : All the relevant study material is given on the botton left side with the name "Library"
Test Reports : Past test detailed reports are available on the bottom right side of the portal with the name "Reports".
Where Can Students Find Study Material?
Log into the portal using the steps above.
Click on "Library" located at the bottom left of the homepage.
You will find all study materials such as videos, modules, and practice questions categorized by subject.
How to Take a Test?
A. Online (If Internet is Stable)
Visit the NVS Portal (link to be inserted) and go to the "Student Corner".
Choose your Grade and Course.
Scroll down and click on the "Take Test" button.
Note - Student can directly access the "Take test" Button in the "Student Corner" section on home page (scroll down)
Log in using your credentials.
Click on "Start Test" to begin.
The test will auto-submit when the timer ends. If you finish early, click "Submit".
After the test, go to the "Report" section to view your performance.
Click the top-right "Logout" button to safely exit the portal.
B. Offline (If Internet is Unstable)
Your teacher will provide a printed test paper.
Write your answers directly on the question paper.
After the test, log into the portal and click on the "Digital OMR" button.
Carefully enter your responses in the digital OMR sheet.
Click "Submit" after reviewing your entries.
Click the top-right "Logout" button to safely exit the portal.
Note: The test is available only for a limited time. Ensure you complete it within the scheduled slot.
How to View Test Reports?
Log into the NVS Portal.
Click on the "Reports" button located at the bottom right of the homepage.
Select a test to analyze your chapter-wise performance, accuracy, and time management to identify areas for improvement.
How to get solution of a Test?
Solution of the test will be available in Report section itself.
After clicking on "Report" button, select test you want to check report for and click on "Click here to review your answer" button.
How to Know About Upcoming Tests?
Visit the "Important" section under the "Student Corner" on the homepage to find updates about upcoming test dates.
The Annual Testing Planner (JEE/NEET) is also available under the "Student Corner", containing details such as test dates and syllabus.
How to Best Utilize the Study Material?
Review the available materials and create a structured study plan.
Use videos to understand core concepts and clear doubts.
Study from modules for detailed reference and subject mastery.
Practice using Daily Practice Problems (DPPs).
Attempt additional chapter-wise tests to reinforce learning.
Other Features of the Platform
